What materials do you use?
In my creations, I use different sorts of yarn--cotton, wool, silk, polyester, acrylic, nylon, and bamboo.
Can you repeat an item which is out of stock?
Repeating an item which is out of stock depends largely on the availability of yarn in my stock. Sometimes, because of uniqueness, I have no access to the yarn which was previously used. In this case, I can create something similar from other yarn, especially if I can get yarn locally. For example, if it's cotton, I can easily duplicate the item.
Do you make any creations to order?
I can make some creations to order, if I know the color of yarn and size of the desired item.
What are your delivery options?
Delivery options depend on the destination of the order and its uniqueness. If an item is in stock, I ship it the same day or the very next day
after payment processing. With special orders, the creation time depends on design. This can be as short as two days or as long as a week.

Deliver is to any country with appropriate shipping costs which will be added to the item price.

What is your return policy?
Ready-made items can be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in new condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
Returns have to be made within 30 days of purchase.

Unfortunately, if the item has unusual measurements or is personalized, a refund cannot be granted.
