Payment will be taken at the point of order placement. I will then contact you to confirm your order. If your payment is declined, please contact your bank
or financial institution for assistance.

Financing options are available in some situations for returning clients. Please contact me for details.
In-stock items will be shipped within 12 hours after receiving your payment.

Usually, I ship by Priority Mail or First Class Mail USPS in the United States. If you need to ship to another country we need to discuss it personally.
Please contact me in that case.

Shipping and handling rate is $10.00.
I want you to be happy with the orders, so we will try to make it right. I hope you will love everything that you order from me but if something isn't quite right,
I can offer you to make a return or get a refund.

Ready-made items can be exchanged or refunded if they are returned in new condition. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused.
Returns have to be made within 30 days of purchase.

If you create a custom order and after receiving the item are not satisfied, a partial refund can be made depending upon the time, creativity, and energy involved. Unfortunately, if the item has unusual measurements or is personalized, a refund cannot be granted. If creating a custom order, please contact me directly about the refund policy for that particular item. Ultimately, I want my customers to be happy and satisfied with all orders.
